   Churn Management

Churn management is the process of identifying the reasons why customers disconnect from a service or stop buying from a company, assigning a value to customers who churn, and coordinating efforts to keep customers that have worthwhile value. To manage which customers are allowed to churn and which are offered incentives to stay, customer value may be provided to the customer service representative (CSR) during a service disconnection request along with available retention incentives and their amounts.
